Return Policy
At Mozaik Underwater, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unused and unassembled
• The item must be in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts
• The item must show no signs of use above or underwater
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, particularly for:
• Special-order items
• Large housings or professional equipment
• Items not normally stocked
If a restocking fee applies, it will be communicated during the return authorization process.
In many cases, restocking fees may be waived if a store credit is chosen instead of a refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• A defective product
• A product shipped in error
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Mozaik Underwater Cameras is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products that have been used underwater
• Products that show signs of installation, assembly, or wear
• Opened O-rings, lubricants, or maintenance kits
• Special-order items
• Clearance or discontinued products
• Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We will work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If an order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return under this policy.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, we are happy to help you exchange it for the correct product.
