The 200DL housing is engineered specifically around the control layout and dimensions of the Canon EOS R6 and EOS R6 Mark II. It provides access to nearly all important camera functions, allowing you to adjust exposure, autofocus settings, white balance, video controls, and other creative options underwater.

Controls are provided for all camera functions except:

• Depth of Field Preview button
• Multi-Function Lock button
• Directional operation of the Multi-Controller

The Multi-Controller can still be pushed inward and used as a user-programmable button.

Deluxe Dual-Handle Configuration

The included Dual Tray and Dual Quick Release Handles provide a stable two-handed shooting platform and create a strong foundation for adding external strobes, video lights, arms, and clamps.

The installed Trigger Extensions bring shutter operation closer to the handles, making the system more comfortable to use while wearing gloves and easier to control during long dives.

Pre-Dive Vacuum Leak Testing

The included Vacuum Pump with Gauge allows you to pull a vacuum on the housing before entering the water. This helps verify that the housing is properly sealed and gives you additional confidence before committing your camera system to a dive.

A vacuum test should be used together with a careful visual inspection of the O-rings and sealing surfaces.

USB-C Charging & Data Transfer Bulkhead

The installed USB-C Charging & Data Transfer Bulkhead allows you to recharge the camera and transfer image files without removing the camera and lens from the housing.

This is especially valuable during multi-dive days, liveaboard trips, and production work because it reduces the number of times the housing needs to be opened between dives.

Charging and data transfer must be performed above water with the housing dry and handled according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Ikelite’s transparent rear housing section provides a clear view of the camera and rear O-ring seal after the housing is closed.

The open-groove O-ring design allows the rear O-ring to sit in a natural position rather than being compressed into a narrow channel. Once closed, you can visually confirm that the O-ring forms a continuous seal around the housing.

Lightweight and Durable Construction

The housing is manufactured from Ikelite’s custom ABS-PC blend, which provides excellent durability while remaining lighter than many aluminum housings.

The light-colored exterior also absorbs less heat than a dark housing when the system is exposed to direct sunlight on a boat, beach, or pool deck.

DL Dry Lock Port System

The housing uses Ikelite’s professional DL port mount, supporting a broad selection of Canon RF lenses and adapted Canon EF lenses when configured with the correct port components.

The dual-action lens release control is designed to simplify the installation and removal of supported RF and EF lens configurations.

The included dual-handle tray provides mounting points for building a single- or dual-strobe lighting system.

Wi-Fi Above Water

The camera’s built-in Wi-Fi may be used to transfer images to a compatible device without removing the camera from the housing.

Wi-Fi operation is limited to above-water use and requires the connected device to remain within close range.
