Product Description

The INON S-MRS Magnet Ring is a magnetic control ring designed to attach directly to compatible camera lens rings and transfer rotational movement through INON’s S-MRS (Smart Magnetic Rotary System). Magnetic attraction between the S-MRS Magnet Ring and the S-MRS Control Ring inside a compatible MRS EXT. Ring 33 or MRS EXT. Ring 111 allows supported lens functions to be operated from outside the underwater housing.

INON redesigned the S-MRS Magnet Ring to optimize magnetic attraction, providing smoother operation with less play or rattle than the previous MRS system. Depending on the lens configuration, the ring can be used for functions such as manual focus or other supported lens-ring controls.

Not this standard version. Those extension rings use lens-specific S-MRS components. The MRS EXT. Ring 50 uses the S-MRS Magnet Ring RF14-35, while the MRS EXT. Ring 54 uses the S-MRS Zoom Ring RF15-30 and S-MRS Focus Ring RF15-30.

Does this include an extension ring?
No. This listing includes the INON S-MRS Magnet Ring only. Extension rings, ports, housings, cameras, lenses, and lens-specific adapters are sold separately.
